Kforce Inc. leased 7,900 sf at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village. Courtney Hasson, Nathan Johnson, Jamie Gard and Casey Grosscope of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, SB/Steelwave Triad LLC. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

American Technologies Inc. leased 12,307 sf at 13300 James E. Casey Ave. in Englewood. IBC Concord III LLC is the landlord. Jason Addlesperger, David Lee, Keith Bell and Billy Woodward of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handled the transaction.

Healthcare Partners Colorado leased 4,334 square feet of space at 1625 and 1633 Medical Center Point in Colorado Springs. Olive Real Estate Group represented the tenant in the expansion.

Church of the Rockies signed an 8,050-sf retail lease at 4135 Centennial Blvd. in Colorado Springs. It leased the space from Sahin Family Living Trust. Helen Cameron of CameronButcher represented the tenant. Greg Kaufman of Colorado Springs Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance represented the landlord.

Infor (US) Inc. extended its lease in Colorado Springs with its 13,578-sf lease. Tech II LLC is the landlord for the space at 5555 Tech Center Drive. Brian Wagner and Kent Mau of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. JLL represented the tenant.

Ken’s Beverage Inc. leased 2,500 sf of industrial space at 3380 N. El Paso St. in Colorado Springs. It leased the space from landlord McKibben Leasing Inc. Simon Penner of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

Integrated Medical Consultants, doing business as Colorado Clinic, signed an office sublease for 4,470 sf of space at 2312 N. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs. It subleased the space from Springs Rehabilitation PC. Brian Wagner and Mark O’Donnell of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.

BBAM LLC recently paid $850,000 for a 7,648-sf office property at 321 and 325 S. Tejon St. in Colorado Springs. Taylor Stamp and Dale Stamp of Quantum Commercial Group Inc. represented the seller, Tejon Street Partnership. Gary Feiffer of Fountain Colony LLC represented the buyer.

Noelle’s Dogs Four Hope leased 1,800 sf of industrial space at 4923 Northpark Drive in Colorado Springs. Jim Martin of America 2000 Inc. was the listing broker for Warehouse Ltd. The tenant was represented by Taylor Stamp of Quantum Commercial Group Inc.

HV Pueblo South LLC, doing business as Adventure Vision, signed a 3,150-sf retail lease at 1723 and 1725 S. Pueblo Blvd. in Pueblo. Regency Square Investors LLC is the landlord. Greg Kaufman of Colorado Springs Commercial, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance represented the tenant.

Tapia Crossfit, doing business as Continuum Crossfit, leased 3,177 sf in Colorado Springs. It leased the space at 5975 N. Academy Blvd., No. 116, from New Erindale LLC. Northern Colorado

Suite C Salon leased 1,535 sf of retail space at 400 Main St., Suite C, in Windsor. Randy Marshall of SVN/Denver Commercial represented the tenant. Martin & Martin Properties LLC is the landlord.

Marshall also represented New Beginnings Chiropractic LLC in a 1,450-sf retail lease at 1215 Main St., Suite A, in Windsor. Cole Herk and Stuart Thomas of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Johnson Investments Inc.

Funk E. Built leased 1,440 sf of industrial space from Timberline Star Properties LLC at 1925 S. Timberline Road, No. S-B-5, in Fort Collins. Patrick O’Donnell, Bruce Campbell and Larry Melton of Realtec-Loveland represented the tenant. Craig Hau of The Group Inc. represented the landlord.

Swift Builders LLC signed a lease for 1,378 sf of office space at 3950 John F. Kennedy Parkway, Building 8, Suite C, in Fort Collins. Erik Broman of Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services handled both sides of the transaction.
