A collaboration between Tryba Architects, Millender White and Aimco, when completed next month Parc Mosaic will feature 226 units – studio to three-bedroom – in four buildings spread across a parklike patchwork of gardens and green spaces.

Denver Metro Village, MGL Partners and Milender White began construction on the renovation and expansion project for DMV in Denver. Located on West Colfax Avenue off Quitman and Raleigh streets, DMV has been providing affordable housing for seniors for more than 50 years.

Koelbel and Co., in partnership with Mile High Development and Longs Peak Advisors, recently completed 8877 Eaton St., 118 affordable housing units in the Downtown Westminster redevelopment of the old Westminster Mall. OZ Architecture designed the project, which Milender White began building in January 2018. 

Milender White broke ground on the construction of Parkside @ City Centre. A future transit-orientated community located at 14531 E. Alameda Ave., Parkside will feature 216 market-rate, multifamily apartments and 36,000 square feet of retail on 5.6 acres.
