GE Johnson tops out Pikes Peak Summit Complex ahead of shortened winter schedule

Iowa hotel company to bring dual-brand hotel to 2534

An Iowa-based hotel company will develop its first Colorado property – a 98-room dual-brand hotel – at 2534 in Johnstown. Mountain bike manufacturer Yeti to grow to 58,950 sf

High-end mountain bike manufacturer Yeti Cycles signed a lease for a 28,650-square-foot flex building at Corporate Center in Golden with plans to expand its corporate headquarters to nearly 60,000 sf. Yeti, which occupies 30,300 sf at 621 Corporate Circle, will grow into the new space at 611 Corporate Circle in early 2021. Approximately 60 employees will work within the two facilities.

Plumbing supplier to build 450,000 sf

The country’s largest provider of commercial and residential plumbing supplies will build a 450,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on 53 acres it bought from Prologis for $14.05 million. Perlmutter launches office building in River North

Paradigm River North, with 192,000 square feet of creative space, is the latest office building planned for River North. Building Dialogue is a quarterly, four-color magazine that caters specifically to the AEC industry, including features on projects and people, as well as covering trends in design, construction, interior design, development and more. Kris joined CREJ as an editor in 1998, after serving as editor of the Colorado Springs Business Journal. Kris earned her Bachelor of Arts, Journalism and Mass Communication, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
