As a Colorado native, Bobby Hutchinson knows what it means to be a true local. He has been in the multifamily investment industry for 13 years and has contributed to the success of real estate companies Grubb & Ellis and Pinnacle Real Estate, where he was a consistent top producer. Five years ago, he joined the RedPeak team as the Investment Director and has helped to significantly reshape the RedPeak portfolio with the purchase of 17 new buildings, contributing to the company’s 23 total properties. In a short time, his involvement has resulted in quadruple growth for that category and a marked urbanization for the company.Bobby loves that Denver’s urban neighborhoods are becoming increasingly vibrant and active as they evolve and that this growth creates new experiences and vast opportunity to connect with people. Outside of helping to buy incredible buildings that people get to call home, he is involved in the professional community as a member of the Urban Land Institute.
