Jim focuses on the leasing, positioning, acquisition and disposition of prominent retail properties across metro Denver on behalf of clients including Clarion Partners and Principal Real Estate Investors. He has also represented and has close relationships with some of the nation’s top brands in food, grocery and goods/services.
