A midrise, urban-style apartment building is open at Gunbarrel Center, a new apartment community located at 5340 Gunbarrel Center Court in Boulder.
The first of its kind in Gunbarrel, the 3-story building is constructed around a parking garage with residences accessed via elevators – a popular feature during winter months. A variety of innovative amenities are also included in the new building, including a game changing sports simulator and a chic clubhouse complete with a demonstration kitchen and a state-of-the-art, app-powered espresso machine.
