Matt Lyons was responsible for national acquisitions at Grand Peaks from 2016 to 2018. He rejoined the company in 2021 to serve as the Senior Vice President – Mountain Region. Mr. Lyons is responsible for multifamily acquisitions and investment management in the Mountain Region of the United States. Before returning to Grand Peaks, Mr. Lyons was responsible for mergers and acquisitions within the engineering and construction industry. His career includes almost $1 billion in acquisition activity, along with a diverse set of operational roles.

Mr. Lyons received his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration – Real Estate Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Denver. He currently resides in Denver, CO, and operates out of the corporate office.
