As Preconstruction Manager for Swinerton’s Colorado Division, Lisa is responsible for understanding her clients’ project intentions and systems during all phases of design and then applying cost and constructability metrics to these elements, in order to develop achievable strategies for project success.

While her career has included experience in Preconstruction, Operations, and Construction Management roles, she is most passionate about the growth opportunities available to women who want to pursue a career path in this industry. She is a founding member of Swinerton’s Women Business Resource Group, which provides networking and career mentoring for the future female leaders of Swinerton. She is also the Co-Chair of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado Women in Leadership Committee, whose mission is to champion an inclusive environment to attract, develop, support, and retain women in the A/E/C industry.

She is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Masters in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas, Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
