Lorrie has worked with LBA Realty for 22 years since its establishment in Newport Beach, CA. When the company expanded to Colorado in 2006, she was sent to help establish the new market. Since then, her Denver Metro portfolio has consisted of various office and industrial assets. She currently serves as Senior Property Manager at Denver Place, a million square foot high-rise office building in the central business district. Her team led Denver Place to win the local Denver and the Regional Outstanding-Building-of-the-Year award in the Earth category in 2022 from the Building Owners and Managers Association, of which she is an active member.
