I am a commercial real estate professional with over a decade of industry experience managing industrial, retail, mixed-use, residential, and student housing properties. Currently, I oversee the operations and financial performance of a 1.7 million-square-foot industrial portfolio consisting of 11 buildings throughout the Denver metro area for Berkeley Partners.

In my role, I manage day-to-day property operations, capital improvement projects, vendor partnerships, lease administration, and financial reporting, working closely with ownership groups, tenants, and service providers to ensure assets are well-maintained and positioned for long-term success. I am passionate about creating operational efficiencies, strengthening tenant relationships, and delivering value through proactive property management.
