Adam Berger serves as Senior Vice President of Operations with Avenue5 Residential. He oversees approximately 12,000 units in CO, UT, ND, WY and SD coined the Mountain Region. With over 24 years of multifamily and investment management experience, Mr. Berger has operated varying types of real estate ranging from garden-style suburban to high-rise downtown assets in multiple markets.

Prior to joining Avenue5, Mr. Berger served as Vice President with Mill Creek Residential overseeing the CO, TX and AZ markets and before that served as Regional VP for Alliance Residential over CO. Specializing in building and maintaining top-performing teams, Mr. Berger has overseen the development and lease-up of dozens of communities along with multi-million dollar capital plans on repositioned assets within his designated portfolio.

Mr. Berger holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He also holds his Certificate of Property Management (CPM) designation through Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and his Certificate of Apartment Management (CAM) designation through National Apartment Association (NAA) along with an active Brokers license in the State of Colorado.
