Before joining SCDC, Alex was a senior project manager at Saunders Construction, where he oversaw the construction of thousands of multifamily units and numerous laboratory and life sciences facilities. With a strong foundation in architecture and extensive experience in commercial construction, Alex offers a well-rounded perspective, integrating strategic vision with technical expertise to drive project success.

Currently, Alex is focused on multifamily and industrial developments for SCDC while also managing design and preconstruction efforts for key construction projects at Saunders. His ability to bridge the worlds of development and construction makes him a valuable contributor to his projects and clients.
