In her role as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Intermountain Health, the largest nonprofit health system in the Intermountain West, Alexis St. John’s 10+ years of experience in the Colorado healthcare real estate market enables her to deliver exceptional outcomes that further her organization’s mission of creating healthier, thriving communities. Past roles in property management, lease administration, and now leasing and sales have given Ms. St. John a well-rounded and holistic way of approaching asset management.

An Aurora, CO native, Ms. St. John originally intended to become a legal advocate, attending night classes at the University of Denver and Regis to obtain a bachelor’s degree in sociology and master’s degree in criminology. It’s only through her day job as a property manager that she was exposed to healthcare real estate and discovered a profound passion for building better healthcare facilities for the patients in her own communities.

Now, Ms. St. John oversees all commercial leasing and sale activity for nearly 5M square feet of commercial space throughout the Colorado Front Range and volunteers as a victim advocate in her free time.
