As Vice President of Learning and Development, Allison brings 20+ years of experience to Grand Peaks. She has worked in various operations roles and has spent the last 15 years of her career in people operations roles such as Learning and Development and Human Resources. She is a highly experienced multi-family professional with success in attracting, training, and retaining teams. She is effective in driving performance by creating balance with the alignment of people, programs, and business objectives. She is an enthusiastic, big-picture visionary leader, who inspires people and creates collaborative, high-performing, and engaged teams.

Her extensive property management experience, multifamily education, and a strong desire to develop our people make her a valuable addition to our leadership team.

Allison is a Colorado native and lives in Denver with her husband and daughter.
