Allison has spent her career working on a variety of project types including those in the federal, military, hospitality, multi-family, education, and historic restoration sectors. As a Project Manager with SAR+ since 2012, Allison has applied her skills to large projects on complex sites with budgets from $1 – $123 million. She has a strong passion for the programming aspects of a project where she can use her innovative problem solving to enhance the function and efficiency of a project while maintaining a consistent architectural vision. She has also managed several large-scale projects through their construction phases, protecting the project’s design integrity and building strong contractor communications skills along the way. Allison brings exceptional organization and management skills to keep the project team, both internal and external, moving forward in a cohesive direction through completion of construction and into the warranty phases as well.
