Amanda Darvill is currently a Vice President, Group Manager for JLL, where she oversees three property management teams and 1.7 million SF of suburban office buildings. In her career, Amanda has managed over 70 properties and 900 tenants. Her prior experience includes both owner-management and third-party management roles where she has managed office, industrial, retail and medical office properties. Amanda has been in commercial property management for nineteen years, beginning as an admin in 2003.
Amanda holds a BS – Business Management from Colorado State University, BOMI RPA designation, LEED‐Green Associate accreditation, and Colorado Brokers license. She has written several articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and instructed courses for emerging professionals. Amanda enjoys mentoring future leaders and being an advocate for the commercial real estate industry. She is very involved in Denver Metro BOMA as the 2022 President-Elect, Executive Committee member, and the incoming 2023 President.
