Amanda Darvill is the General Manager for Lillibridge Healthcare Services. In her role, she is responsible for the oversight of property management and building operations of eleven medical
office buildings, and serves as the market leader for Lillibridge in Colorado. In her career, Amanda has managed over 70 properties and 900 tenants. Her prior experience includes both owner-
management and third-party management roles where she has managed office, industrial, retail and medical office properties. Amanda has been in commercial property management for twenty one
years, beginning as an admin in 2003.

Amanda holds a BS – Business Management from Colorado State University, BOMI RPA designation, LEED‐Green Associate accreditation, and Colorado Brokers license. She has written several articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal and instructed courses for emerging professionals. Amanda enjoys mentoring future leaders and being an advocate for the commercial real estate industry. She is very involved in Denver Metro BOMA serving as 2023 President, and as a Board and Executive Committee member for 5 years.
