Amanda Timmons started Ampajen Solutions in 2008 with a focus on LEED for existing, occupied buildings. As President at Ampajen Solution, she trains people across the country on implementing sustainability during design, construction, and operations of commercial real estate; assists companies with sustainability initiatives and LEED certification; and is a frequent contributor to the CREJ. Amanda was also one of the first LEED consultants in the world to embrace the new Arc Performance Path from the USGBC, a new measuring tool for sustainable performance and maintaining LEED certifications. She is also the Program Administrator for Watts To Water, a program focused on recognizing owners and operators of high performance buildings, and those showing improvement in energy and water efficiency.
