Andrew is the property manager for the Toma West portfolio in Denver. The portfolio includes a 24-story high-rise in the Central Business District, as well as two low-rise office buildings in the Denver Tech Center and two low-rise office buildings in Lakewood. In total the portfolio is about 700,000 square feet. It is his fifth year in the commercial real estate business.

Prior to working at RISE & Toma West, Andrew was at Cushman & Wakefield managing 800,000 square feet located in the Southeast and Lakewood office markets.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in German Language & Linguistics from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has his Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license and is currently working towards his RPA destination through BOMI. Andrew is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and German fluently.
