Brad Lyons is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets, National Retail Partners. Brad began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2000, representing owners of retail investment properties both in Colorado and other markets across the United States. In 2006, he joined CBRE, continuing to specialize in the marketing and disposition of both single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties for both private capital and institutional capital investors. Brad has been involved in the sale of over $1.0 billion in commercial real estate and recently was awarded the 2012 NAIOP Investment Broker of the Year in Denver and was also included in CBRE’s Top Producers in the Americas for 2016, 2015 and 2012.
