Brenda has over 20 years in property management leadership with the last 4 years at Cushman & Wakefield asset services.

She has extensive experience with high rise, mid rise, garden style, mixed-use as well as military family housing in all phases including lease-up, design, value-add and disposition.

Current portfolio consists of 1,572 units among 11 assets with 5 different client groups.

She is married with 2 sons aged 7 and 10 and also holds her 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo.
