Brian Fisher is a vice president in Northmarq’s Denver office. Brian is responsible for the origination of commercial real estate debt and equity through a variety of capital providers including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, correspondent life insurance companies, conduit lenders, commercial banks and credit unions. Brian is active throughout the entire capital stack, including permanent first mortgages, supplemental mortgages, preferred equity/mezzanine debt, and joint venture equity.
Since joining Northmarq, Brian has underwritten and closed approximately $1 billion of multi-family, senior housing, industrial, office, and retail debt and equity transactions nationwide. These transactions including permanent fixed rate debt, floating rate bridge debt, preferred equity/mezzanine debt, joint venture equity, and construction loans.
Before joining Northmarq, Brian practiced commercial litigation and real estate transactional law. Brian graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA in history and received his JD from the University of Denver. Brian is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado.
