Brian Soss is an Asset Manager at Starwood Capital Group, where he is responsible for the financial performance of a 25,000 unit value-add multifamily portfolio. He manages the formation and execution of asset strategies which involve renovation, stabilization and eventual disposition.  He also works closely with the broader asset management and acquisitions team to provide underwriting support for new acquisitions. Starwood Capital Group’s current multifamily portfolio exceeds 100,000 units in 15 states.

Prior to joining Starwood Capital Group in 2016, Mr. Soss worked in Real Estate Development and Asset Management for MetLife Real Estate Investors.  He received an MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a BA from The University of Vermont.
