Brooke has been in the property management industry for 20 years—all with Ross! She has worked in most positions in the company, starting as a part-time Leasing Consultant while in college. She was promoted to Community Manager and then assumed the role of Regional Manager at the corporate office—followed by a promotion to Director of Operations, Chief Operations
Officer, and most recently, Executive Vice President of Ross.

In her current position as Co-President of Ross-Envolve and Envolve Client Services Group, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portion of properties and oversees a team of Regional Managers in the management of the balance of the portfolio. She works directly with property staff on capital improvement plans, special projects, property inspections, marketing plans, and any unique project the property may undertake. She liaises with clients and their investors to ensure ownership objectives are achieved.

Brooke holds designations of Specialist in Housing Credits Management (SHCM), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), and her Colorado Real Estate Brokers License.
