With over 20 years of experience in architecture, Bryce has been involved in many facets of the industry, developing his expertise in residential design and creating great places for people to call home. Over the past 13 years, Bryce has designed more than 3,000 successful affordable and market rate multifamily homes nationwide.Bryce places an emphasis on delivering successful buildings that exceed client and end user expectations. He does this through collaboration with the development, contractor and consultant teams. Due to his commitment to the industry, Bryce received the award “Top 20 Under 40 AEC Professionals” in the Mountain States Region.In addition to his undergraduate degree in Environmental Design and his Masters in Architecture, Bryce holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. This additional degree allows Bryce to better serve clients through a broader spectrum of pre-construction services, making him an invaluable member of the KEPHART team.Outside of the office, Bryce enjoys gathering his wife, two boys, and dog around the fire pit to share a tale of the old days, a legend known as “A Life with Free Time.”
