Caroline Kackley is Managing Director of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate office serving large private real estate customers headquartered in Texas, Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kentucky, Wyoming and New Mexico. Caroline is based in Denver, CO and her team covers a $7.6B portfolio comprised of multiple asset types including multi-family, office, industrial and retail, among others. Commercial Real Estate provides a comprehensive platform of banking and financing solutions to regional/national owners, operators and developers, institutional real estate funds and REITS.

Caroline joined the Bank in 2007 via its predecessor Wachovia within the Evergreen Investments division in Charlotte, NC. In 2009, Caroline relocated to Denver to join Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Managed Assets Group, where she underwrote and restructured over $580 million of distressed commercial real estate loans. From 2014 to 2018, Caroline served as a senior relationship manager on Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate team, where she managed a $575 million loan portfolio.

Caroline earned a BS in Business from Wake Forest University and a MBA from the University of Denver.
