Mr. Pileggi is First Vice President and National Director of Leasing for Healthcare Realty. He is based in the Seattle area and oversees leasing for the western half of the Nashville-based company’s 35-state, 40 million SF medical outpatient portfolio. Casey’s territory spans from Seattle to Pittsburgh and Honolulu to Nashville. His team completes an average of 2.3 million square feet of medical outpatient leasing annually. Casey served as the Director of Leasing for Colorado during the first three years of his tenure with Healthcare Realty. Currently the company owns approximately 2 million square feet along the Front Range.
