As Vice President and Co-Regional Manager in Marx|Okubo’s Mountain-Midwest region, Christian performs building envelope-related design and constructability reviews, forensics, and expert witness investigations. Additionally, she performs core services such as owner’s representation, construction project management, and property condition assessments.
Her experience at the firm includes work in building enclosure reviews, water damage restoration, construction quality inspections and budget reviews. Christian has also been actively involved in design-assisted building envelope reviews, exterior envelope forensic investigations and expert witness testimonies, specializing in technical and construction analysis and code review.
Prior to joining Marx|Okubo, she worked with a Philadelphia architecture firm, focusing on design and program of educational facilities.
Christian holds a bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado – Denver. She is a licensed architect in Colorado and Texas, a Certified Level One Thermographer and Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider (BECxP), and has completed the Installation Masters and Window
Testing course. She is a member the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
