Dale joined NorthMarq in 2005 and is based in the Denver regional office. As a Producer, he is responsible for origination, underwriting, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate loans. These commercial real estate transactions involve both debt and equity solutions for clients, sourced through a variety of capital sources including life insurance companies, conduit lenders, agency lenders, debt funds, private equity, commercial banks and credit unions.

Jeff has obtained an M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from Denver University, as well a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
