Dan has been involved with commercial real estate for over 40 years as a commercial mortgage banker, banker, real estate broker, developer and appraiser. As Director of Leasing for Jordon Perlmutter & Co., Dan is responsible for leasing and sustaining a retail portfolio in excess of 2.2 million square feet, and is involved with lease review and preparation of current office and industrial projects under development as well as the underwriting and valuation of the company’s new and existing investment portfolio. Dan is also responsible for initiating and managing an intern program between Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.

Dan holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Business and Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Dan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a Colorado licensed real estate broker and a certified general real estate appraiser.
