Dana, Regional Director of Operations, brings over 25 years of senior living experience to WellAge. She started as a caregiver in 1993, and throughout her tenure, has served as Director of Resident Care, Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Business Services, and Executive Director in Assisted Living communities. Dana is active in the Colorado Department of Health and Environment Assisted Living Advisory Board helping improve policy, regulations, and care in Senior Living. As the Regional Director of Operations at WellAge Senior Living, Dana is responsible for all financial and administrative operations, supervision of all community leadership, executing quality business initiatives and program development, as well as strategic planning related to internal and external growth. Dana has a genuine passion for the senior living industry that began at an early age when she witnessed her grandfather’s struggle with Alzheimer’s disease.
