Darren has over 22 years of experience supporting internal team members and clients. His career began as an environmental scientist but quickly evolved to focus on client experience and development. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in leadership, client experience, operational development, finance, people growth, risk management, technology, and safety.

At Galloway, Darren provides strategic alignment throughout the operational development team by applying Galloway’s Full Spectrum Approach™ to company operations. With this approach, he supports company growth by creating connectivity and alignment among Galloway’s offices, people, and clients.

Darren earned his MBA in business administration and management from the University of Phoenix and has a BS in environmental science from the University of Kansas. He was recognized with numerous awards for excellence during his tenure with Terracon Consultants, Inc.
