David Myers is a distinguished professional with over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise lies in managing and optimizing both commercial and residential properties.

Most recently, as the Vice President of Operations for Corum’s Commercial and Residential Property Management Platform, David played a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s day-to-day operations excelled in areas such as building operations, leasing, construction management, asset management, capital investment, financial reporting, and business development.

Throughout his career, David has managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing more than 4.5 million square feet of commercial properties and 1,200+ multifamily units, collectively valued at over $1.8 billion. He has successfully orchestrated $20+ million in Tenant Improvement and Capital projects, fueling growth and profitability. His experience spans Class A and B office spaces, historic properties, industrial facilities, multifamily, and retail properties, with a proven track record of repositioning and optimizing assets.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, with a triple concentration in Entrepreneurship, Leadership Development, and Communications.

An active participant in industry associations, David is involved with both NAIOP and BOMA, having previously engaged extensively in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program.
