David Rahm is a project director at Brinkmann Constructors. He has built a reputation for exceeding customer expectations by ensuring quality, timeliness, and responsiveness to all client needs. His outstanding communication skills and sense of integrity have fostered superior relationships with general contractors, developers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. As project director, he is responsible for all operational activities including quality, scheduling, and cost management.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utah Valley University. He also completed a Master of Business Administration at Fresno State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has completed multiple safety training programs.
He is based in Brinkmann’s Denver office and has completed projects across the retail, warehouse, senior living, and multifamily markets.
