Derek Kronberg is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Currently, he serves as the Vice President for Global Process Engineering at Terumo BCT, where he has been a key contributor for 25 years. In his role, Derek leads process engineering teams across seven factories worldwide, driving innovation and efficiency in global manufacturing operations.

Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A Colorado native, Derek is rooted in his community. He is married and a proud father of two boys, aged 16 and 19. Outside of work, Derek’s passions include spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor sports, whether in the mountains or the ocean.
