Diana Rael is a licensed landscape architect and a Principal/Partner with Norris Design where she has worked since 1992. Focused on multi-disciplinary projects, she has been responsible for leading a variety of complex projects using creative solutions. With her background in landscape architecture, land planning, and entitlement experience, she works with clients to formulate strategies that can be implemented.

Diana’s philosophy is to start each project with the desired results in mind. She understands that the ongoing evaluation of planning and design and its relationship to a project’s objectives is critical to achieving success. She believes in creating long-term value through project branding, identity building, and the creation of a strong amenity program to meet the needs of the end user. Her strong organization and communication skills allow her to successfully lead project teams with an inclusive approach.

She is an active member of the Denver Metro Homebuilders Association Metro Housing Coalition, Government Affairs Committee, Thornton Coordinating Committee, and Aurora Joint Task Force. She is a Board of Trustees (Executive Board) member for Regis Jesuit High School, the Chair of the Planning and Major Projects Committee, and a member of the Advancement Committee. She is a Board of Trustees for St. Mary’s Academy, Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee, and a member of the Governance and Athletics Committees. She is also mentor for the inaugural Susan Stanton Leadership Academy.
