Elizabeth is the Vice President of Client Experience. With over 12 years of leadership in multi-family she brings expertise in social outreach, marketing, relationship building and property operations. Having managed for over 20 clients in 9 states she is well versed in lease ups, value add, repositioning, and all classes of asset type. Her history in design and understanding of residents needs has led to being a sought after pre-construction consultant on luxury ground up developments as well as spearheading thousands of unit renovations and many other capital improvement projects. In the past, she worked with leading companies such as Lincoln Property Company and Aspen Square Management and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Communications and Psychology from the University of Montana.
