Mr. Marks leads multifamily development for Hines’ Denver office. Before joining the Denver office, he worked with Hines in Houston, focused on urban multifamily development across the Southwestern United States.

Prior to joining Hines, Elliot worked with an Australian-based multifamily developer that focused on core highrise development across the United States.

Elliot received a B.A. from Emory University and an MBA from Rice University. He enjoys playing and watching soccer, as well as Colorado outdoor activities such as skiing and trail running.
