With a profound curiosity for the human mind and behavior, she has delved into the depths of neuroscience to uncover the secrets of compelling company culture and impactful leadership. Through continuous learning and exploration, she aims to stay at the forefront of industry developments, transforming her passion and knowledge into actionable strategies that elevate workplaces and the people within them as the world continues to shift and evolve. Currently she is a Workplace Strategist at Steelcase, and in May, she will graduate from CU Denver with a Master’s in Management and Organizational Development while also completing specializations in leadership, change management, and sustainability.

Prior to Steelcase, Emily worked at Perkins & Will Minneapolis on both the Interiors and Planning & Strategies teams. She has experience designing hotels, restaurants, mixed-use developments, multi-family housing, affordable housing, and workplace ranging from small, boutique offices to large, corporate headquarters.
