Eric navigates complex physical and financial challenges to create customized long-term solutions to advance the strategic priorities for our institutional partners. He is a student housing expert who specializes in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and public-private partnership delivery. During his career, Eric has advanced more than $2 billion in capital projects for nearly 40 institutional partners. Prior to joining RJA, Eric served as a project manager for a national planning and program management firm. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and went to earn a Master’s degree in Economics and City and Regional Planning from Clemson University.
