Eric Brynestad is a strategic real estate specialist who focuses on companies in the software, biopharm, medical device and high-tech industries. Eric’s well developed technical knowledge of real estate strategy and planning gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into any transaction.

Eric has 20 years of corporate/tenant representation experience, including eight years with The Staubach Company, which merged with JLL in 2008. Prior to 2001, Eric worked in the multi-family industry specializing in asset management and acquisitions / dispositions.
