Eric Johnson is Managing Director | Investment Banking | Senior Housing and Care Finance with Ziegler.  Ziegler is a privately held investment bank, capital markets and proprietary investments firm with more than 115 years of service.  Specializing in healthcare, senior living and education sectors, as well as general municipal and structured finance.  Ziegler is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with regional offices spread throughout the country.  Mr. Johnson is a part of Ziegler’s Senior Housing and Care Finance practice, which includes; M&A Advisory Services, Debt and Equity Capabilities through Conventional Loans/Bank Placements, Agency Debt (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA/HUD, Rental Retirement Bonds (142(d)), Mezzanine Debt, and Equity Placements.

Prior to joining Ziegler, Eric was a Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of the West / BNP Paribas where he was responsible for developing and managing healthcare client relationships for the Commercial Banking Group, including; construction, bridge, and term debt opportunities throughout the US.

Eric received his Master of Science degree with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from the University of Denver.  He also received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree with concentrations in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and the University of Colorado.
