Eric Komppa, President of Corum, is responsible for strategic planning, sourcing, managing and procuring acquisitions and development opportunities for our team. Since joining in 2013, Eric has capitalized and managed in excess of $500 million worth of transactions.
Prior to joining Corum, Mr. Komppa worked in Seattle for Bentall Kennedy, a pension advisory firm, where he completed acquisitions on behalf of its clients in the Pacific Northwest, San Francisco Bay area and in the Mountain States. His experience at Bentall Kennedy also included business development, assisting in the raising of new capital and asset management on behalf of the firm’s largest separate account client.
Eric received his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Colorado in Boulder and holds an MBA in real estate from the University of Wisconsin.
