Eric Roth is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets and Land Services in Denver, Colorado. He specializes in land acquisition and disposition for a diverse client base. He has extensive expertise in working with landowners, developers, lenders and end-users. Through his focus on the metro Denver market, he provides clients with unmatched insight into current market conditions and prevailing trends affecting property values. As a result, he achieves maximum value for sellers, while negotiating advantageous terms for his clients.

Eric has specialized in both basic and complex land transactions since 1999. He understands all aspects of entitlements and capital correlate into land values. Using “real time” market knowledge from current transactions and financial modeling, Eric is an expert at positioning land assets in the market to achieve the best results for his clients.

Since 2003, Eric has been directly involved with land sales that produced over $2.2 billion in transactional volume.
