Eric directs property management operations for the Hines Colorado and Arizona portfolio totaling over 9M SF and worth over 3 billion in value. Eric participates in the establishment and implementation of company organizational strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure efficient operations while providing guidance and motivation to the property management teams.

Career Highlights
Eric has been involved in the property management industry for over 25 years working with hospitality, residential, and commercial assets, managing over 4,000,000 square feet and over twenty million dollars in building and tenant improvement projects.

Eric joined Hines in 2016 as a General Manager, he was promoted to Director in 2018, and was promoted to Vice President in 2022. Prior to joining Hines Eric worked for Transwestern for ten years serving as a General Manager in Denver and as the portfolio manager for Salt Lake City.

Education / Affiliations
Eric is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and is trained in ARGUS Valuation DCF.

Eric was the 2017 President and 2018 Treasurer of Buildings Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Eric was a committee board chair of Institute of Real Estate Management from 2007 to 2009 where he was awarded CPM candidate of the year in 2007.
