Erik is an experienced real estate development professional who has successfully sourced-to-closed multiple complex investments across many product types, including land, apartments, and mixed-use properties. He has extensive acquisition and development experience including construction/ redevelopment in excess of 19,000 apartment units valued at over $3 billion. Erik’s knowledge and experience in the development of multiple types of multi-family designs provides increased value for each specific real estate development opportunity. In January 2023, Erik expanded his responsibilities to be the Denver Business Unit leader for Trammell Crow and High Street Residential.

Prior to joining TCC, Erik was Senior Vice President of Development for Sares-Regis Group, based in the Denver market.

Prior to Sares-Regis, Erik served as COO-Development of Holland Partner Group. During his tenure at Holland beginning in 2011, he originated and managed ten (10) mixed-use developments, including 2,834 apartment units valued at more than $1 billion.
