Erin Little is a partner and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for BMC. Ms. Little oversees the accounting, finance, investor relations and IT operations of the company. Prior to BMC, Erin spent 12 years at Amstar, a $2.0B real estate private equity firm that focuses on acquiring, developing and managing all major property types in the United States, Europe and other select international markets for family offices, funds of funds, private banks, insurance companies and pension funds. In her most recent role as Head of Finance & Operations, she was responsible for Amstar’s global accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis, investor relations, tax, corporate finance, HR and IT functions. Prior to joining Amstar in 2008, Erin spent 4 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP auditing public and private clients.

Erin graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University.
