Graham Ahokas, Executive Director, is the Industrial Sector Strategist, Real Estate Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. An employee since 2012, Graham is responsible for helping to guide industrial strategy, working with the regional investment teams on industrial acquisitions and asset management as well as partner and tenant relationships and directly oversees Denver industrial acquisitions. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is also a member of NAIOP where he sits on an Industrial Forum. Graham began his real estate career as an analyst for Real Estate Americas and throughout his career has worked on both acquisitions and asset management across various property types and earned his B.A. in business economics from Brown University.
