Greg Morgan serves as a Director and helps leads coverage for the western region for Newmark’s Lodging Capital Markets group. Joining Newmark in 2019 and based in Los Angeles, Greg has been involved in more than $10 Billion of hospitality transactions. Prior to joining Newmark, Greg spent 5 years at The Chartres Lodging Group, an industry leading hotel owner-operator dedicated to the acquisition and repositioning of distressed hotel assets focused on acquisition efforts.
