Howard Pollack’s expertise lies in quarterbacking complex real estate transactions from the earliest stages of the transaction through closing, including drafting and negotiating letters of intent, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, various types of construction contracts, construction and permanent financing, ground leases and condominium documents. He routinely leads pre-development and entitlement activities, due diligence review with an emphasis on title, survey and environmental matters and works with the business side of the company on strategic business and operational decisions. He also has drafted and/or negotiated numerous development agreements, property management agreements, retail and office leases, franchise agreements, non-disclosure agreements and service contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Howard served as executive level General Counsel for a large, privately owned hospitality company. His experience in private practice includes over 20 years in Colorado and Delaware firms.
