Jack Kim is the Founding Principal of KORE Investments, LLC and CEO of KORE Management Corporation, specializing in commercial real estate investments for the past 20 years. He works with a strong team of highly skilled and highly principled individuals.
Prior to Jack’s career in commercial real estate, he spent 10 years in the securities industry in Chicago.
He has a master’s degree in economics. With over 30 years of total experience in corporate deal environments, asset management, problem-solving, negotiations, and operations, Jack has developed the unique skill sets required for overall real estate investments. He has owned, operated, and transacted office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties in multiple states.
As a business leader, Jack also works closely with government leaders and officials on the international, national, state, and local levels to enhance both public policy as well as economic development.
Jack’s heart and passion are also directed towards reaching out and “loving our neighbors” who experience poverty in various forms. Both personally and as a company, Jack and KORE have been able to direct 10-20% of its income/profits to various charities and non-profits in the areas of inner-city youth, global and domestic poverty alleviation, human trafficking, education, adoption and foster care, military gold star families, and others.
He has mentored and coached inner-city youth and he has served on various non-profit boards. Jack is married to his pediatrician wife of 27 years and they have four sons together—two through adoption and two through birth.
